I am about to begin use of GHRP-6 for a rather long duration to help with recovery and some minor injuries that have been occuring. Nothing major in terms of the injury just some pulled muscles and mild rotator pain. I have ran GHRP-6 before at doses of 300mcg to 500mcg per day and liked the results I got in terms of strength and weight increase. I also had 0 joint issues during this time.

I am considering running 300mcg 5 days on and 2 days off for 5 months, followed by a taper off. Just wondering if anyone else has ran this peptide for recovery and what protocols they used. Thanks in advance.

I would consider running a lower dose of the GHRP6 but adding in a dose of GHRH (1-29) modified for an increased spike of GH. The two together have been found to be synergistic and if you believe the extrapolated graph offered DatBtru from professional muscle, more potent than 7iu of exogenous GH.

To piggyback off DLB, you dont need more than you've used for rehab purposes 300-500mcg will suffice for that purpose. I've never paired GHRP6 with GHRH but I'm hearing more and more about this.

yeah get a few of the 2mg vials of cjc-1295 and run 100mcg/100mcg of ghrp-6 twice a and you'll like the results. You won't put on any unwanted weight this way, good synergy.

Actually no, CJC-1295 is not a good choice, CJC-1293 is the new GHRH and is not subjected to DPPIV inactivation the way other peptides are. CJC1295 which produces longer lasting GH secretion is not desirable.

Damn, 7iu of GH, that is impressive. i will have to look into finding some GHRH. I am not familar with the professional muscle site, would it be possible for you to post a link to the chart mentioned. Thanks for the advice.

Thanks for checking in Saps. What dose did you use for your last run of GHRP-6, and more importantly do you think it did its job?

If I use over 500mcg a day than I do see/feel/experience benefits. I got best results from taking 200-300mcg three times a day. Problem was at that dose I had some undesired effects as well like insomnia and shortness of breathe. When I use it only once per bed either post training or pre bed than its not as noticeable especially since then the dose is smaller too. Sides are less but so are results.

If any of you listen to superhuman radio, you should check out the episode where they cover ghrp-6. It seems that you may need less than you think to get the job done.

Detroitlionsbaby - Does GHRH (1-29) go by any other titles. I know of many sources for GHRP-2, GHRP-6, CJC-1295, etc. But, I haven't seen GHRH (1-29). Also, is the price anywhere near as cheap as GHRP-6?

Also, I thought GHRP-6 + CJC-1295 was supposed to be a great combo? Doesn't adding CJC-1295 somehow reduce the increases in cortisol from GHRP-6?

I was reading that thread that DLB mentioned (it's fucking massive, by the way lol) and I think CJC-1295 isn't recommended because it's a "trickle" of GH release, whereas GHRH gives a spike of GH, which is what you want. I could be completely wrong, however. I'm sure DLB will correct me if I am.

RRJC is correct, as Datbtrue later decided, and BBB ORIGINALLY said, a prolonged minimal amount of GH is not preferred, you want to acutely "spike" it. I would guess that this has something to do with the GH release, as the receptors are up-regulated upon stimulation.

The GHRH also goes by CJC 1293, I know the mystical dragon has it and I have lab rats that can attest to it. Now Datbtrue certainly isn't an expert on physiology, but it seems this new protocol is quite good.

As DLB wrote, it goes by CJC-1293, in addition to GRF (1-29). It's hard to keep track of the names.

I like what have been reading on the GHRP-6/GHRH combo and I will be running it for several months and then into and throughout my next cycle. Should the length of use be similar to a standard GH cycle?

Anyone have the sequence for CJC-1293?

What do you all think about the 5 day on 2 day off dosing schedule. Is that necessary? Does it inhibit the benefits? Perhaps it is more beneficial?

No need for 5/2 that is misinfo and based on saving some money. Scratch that. Take it ED if you can.

FYI!

Administration should ideally be done on either an empty stomach or with only protein in the stomach. Fats & carbs blunt GH release. So administer the peptides and wait about 20 minutes before eating.

Thanks Caladin.

Does anyone else get real tired from GHRP-6? I've been using it at night before bed but tried it one morning too and I was exhausted for a few hours after. I wasn't tired before I took the G6. Is this common? Does it go away after a few days use?

Do you mean tired as in sleepy or tired as in out of breathe? I notice some increased shortness of breathe on daily doses over 600-700mcg. Its half as intense as I get with say tren but its noticeable. 500mcg and less per day is more manageable for me

I mean tired as in sleepy. I took a 100mcg shot one morning and almost passed out I was so tired. About 3 hours later, I was fine again. I usually take it at night so I don't notice it but I want to take it during the day too but I can't be that tired.

Isn't that Milos Sarcev's protocol? I wouldn't trust his advice on anything to do with peptides or AAS.
