SATURDAY, JULY 2, 2011 - DAY THIRTY-NINE:

I have been taking Z12 for the last three nights. On Wednesday night I took 2 and slept almost 6 1/2 hours and only getting up once. Thursday night I only took 1 and had horrible sleep, up and down all night long. On Friday night I took two and slept almost 7 1/2 hours and only waking up once.

WOW! What a difference. I think my usual dosage will be 2 Capsules.

Sunday is my usual day off so I will be trying 3 capsules just to see if that makes any difference. Will report back tomorrow about that.

Your workouts are really inspiring. Nice job!

Two capsules of Z-12 seems to be the key for you! I'm really glad to hear your logging some good long hours of sleep. I'm curious to know how you do with three. I usually wake up feeling rejuvenated and annoyingly happy after having all three. Chris probably doesn't appreciate that too much.

Let me know how it goes!

Yes, so far two days of longer sleep than 4 hours, which is wonderful. I will definitely keep you updated.

Thank you for the compliment on my workouts. Just trying to keep the bar high. Byron's client, the one in the video that I posted on the previous page, has complimented me a few times on how I am looking and giving me a lot of credit for sticking to everything so diligently. Yesterday, before she left, she came up to me and said, "I give you a lot of credit, you just keep going for it."

Is really great to hear that.

No Corst. That was the extent of his range motion for Oblique crunches.

NOTE: Third day in a row using HOT-ROX and there still seems to be no increase in the HIVE situation. All the same. Only using one pill a day for now and usually around workout time. Tomorrow I will start taking one in the morning with my first dose of Indigo-3G and a second one with the first part of my peri nutrition. Beginning the new week with a new supplement in the mix. Maybe, next Monday I will be able to begin my CT workout program.

The gym is suppose to be closed on Monday for the holiday; however I will be going in for my workout fromm 8a-10a. Going to crank up the music. Oh yeah!!!

This is my Veggie Augratin

Each layer is completed with fresh ground black pepper and fresh ground sea salt with a sprinkle of Asiago Grated Cheese. On the top layer is completed with a few pats of Kellygold Butter (can also use Olive Oil).

Bottom Layer: Green Zucchini, Middle Layer: Beefsteak Tomato, Top Layer: Yellow Zucchini

Baked at 400 degrees for exactly 30 minutes.

Sooooooo good. I never saw Bodz tear into his vegetables so fast. Usually we are both about the protein first...this time...veggies came first, chicken second.

NOTE: This makes 4 servings. Each serving is 152 Calories, 11g Fats, 11g Carbs and 5g Protein.

Our complete dinner for tonight was a baked Chicken breast that marinated in Olive Oil, Thyme, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, some Canjun spice, some Mrs. Dash Table Blend and Garlic. Was out of Oregano and the end product was missing it. However, chicken was moist. Baked at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

NOTE: Total nutrient intake for this meal:
317 Calories, 12g Fats, 11g Carbs, 42g Protein

SUNDAY, JULY 3, 2011 - DAY FORTY:

Well, my first 40 days is coming to an end today. Tomorrow starts a new bottle (much larger bottle) of I3G. Changes that will happen with my nutrition this week will be to keep the calories on my training days upwards of 2000 and my non-workout day at 1700. This past week was really low in calories and a couple of days way too low.

SUNDAY, JULY 3, 2011 - DAY FORTY: (continued...Stats)

Because of the intake this past week, I really believe it shows how you have to be very diligent in getting the correct amount of food in (for the individual) or Indigo-3G will not be at its optimum performance level.

My stats showed some improvement, but overall compared to previous weeks, was only a slight change. Therefore, I am will not be posting updated pics as their will not be noticeable visual changes.

Total intake for the day:
1588 Calories, 81g Fats, 45g Carbs, 9g Fiber, 177g Protein, 26g Sugars

Yes I just added it on Wednesday. Today is the first day that I really felt anything. Coupled with I3G even more intense internal heat. So far, no extra hive breakouts. I took it at 7am, worked out from 8-10:15; had to do some shopping, could barely walk. I'm sure everyone going around me was thinking to themselves..I wish she would walk faster. If they only knew what I had just finished. LOL. I felt appreciative of the Walmart shopping cart I realized that by pushing it; I was able to stay upright. LMAO

It is now almost 5 hours since I took it and I am still burning HOT. Was standing in the kitchen finishing some prep for this evening's festivities and was having a full body sweat going. Cold shower coming up.

MONDAY, JULY 4, 2011 - DAY FORTY-ONE: Workout Log Entry

Today's workout was a simple concept but with lots of volume. If I had not been pressed for time today and my girlfriend Amy was not there, I might have just kept going. LOL. The whole gym to myself; put on my music and just let it boom. Was awesome. I only did 4 exercises.

DB Bench 10 @ 20lbs
Seated Hamstring Curl 10 @ 80lbs
T-Bar Row - Rev Grip 10 @ 25lbs
Leg Press - Heels below Bottom of Plate 10 @ 50lbs (foot positioned really focused on the upper part of the quad)

I did the above in a circuit for 20 SETS. Yes, that's right 20 SETS. Took me 2 hours. I warmed up with the cleaning of the shower and bath room of the gym. I did the first 10 and then my friend Amy showed up and wanted to jump in so I did 10 more with her.

After I was finished working out I had to go shopping at Walmart for a few things the gym needed. Though my legs were not sore at the time, they were exhausted. I barely managed to get through the store. People were going around me because I was not pushing the cart fast enough. I had trouble even pushing the cart my arms were so exhausted as well. LOL. That is really an AWESOME feeling.

Just a suggestion for the overheating - try pack of frozen veggies at base of neck, top of shoulders for 15-20 mins after WO.
Also, are you taking Curcumin? It's an anti-histamine, among other things. You could probably take 2 caps of Curcumin 500 2-3x/day w/ food.

Thank you for the suggestions. As I matter of fact I do take Curcumin 500. Also, I us wet towels that I keep wrapped around ice packs in a cooler while working out. I stop every 20 minutes and wrap an icy towel around my head to cool off. I actually haven't had to take a cold shower for a while. I think it was just due to the internal burn today was higher than usual and I was still burning while I was busy prepping food for later. Again, mahalo for the suggestions.
