It states I need to take a scoop 4 times per day, but nothing came in the V-Diet package recommended I purchase. Am I missing something here?

they are not shipping it with the diet anymore. i didnt get it either. there are other threads where Chris said it was not a problem. personally i have been popping BCAAs with every shake just in case.

Leucine is no longer part of the V-Diet, and you weren't charged for it. If you'd like to add it however, you can. We now have it available in a new form: http://www.t-nation.com/...aa-peptides.jsp

See if you can make some changes to the meal program sheet that you can download when you input your stats.

Agreed. I see when you click the calculate button, Leucine no longer is part of the menu, but when you download the .PDF, it populates on that. I just tore my house apart making sure I wasn't missing something until I logged on to write a nasty email. Enjoying shake 1 of day 1 right now!

At first it was simply unavailable. World-wide shortage of the good stuff.

But it was mainly added for very muscular guys who were afraid of losing muscle. Leucine added extra "insurance." But most people don't need it. The earlier versions of the V-diet did not contain it and there were reports of muscle loss if the diet was followed correctly.

We do have a new form of leucine available now and it can be added if you want.
