Program=531+sprints and Prowler work
Diet=Pulse Feast
Question=Would taking Indigo be a good idea for me, been off the grid for a while, so I havent done much reading up on it but everybody seems to be raving about it.

Matt, with Indigo you can handle a lot of carbs and you want them multiple times per day, so it's much better to eat a few solid meals per day than use a Pulse Feast or I.F. plan, at least while you're on full-dose Indigo. Once you move from 12 capsules per day to 4-6, then a Pulse Feast plan is doable.
